FAQ is help you find answers.
Here are some questions you may meet for inflatable products, if you didnt find the answer, welcome to contact us, we are willing to answer your questions anytime.
Q: What happens if power fails?
A: If power fails the inflatables will start to deflate. Power these days is very reliable but to add extra protection we advise splitting the fans over 3 phases or over 2 generators so the structure will stay inflated should one phase or one generator fail.
Q: What happens if it gets punctured?
A: All the inflatables are airflow systems which means the fans will run constant against a back pressure. All fabrics used are reinforced with nylon or polyester to stop any punctures or hole expanding. As such if there is an accidental hole made in the buildings the fans will compensate for the loss of air through the hole. Temporary patches can be applied during events and post event repairs can be made to the structure to replace small section to seem up the hole. The User’s Manual will give step-by-step detail on how this can be done.
Q: Are the fabrics fire safe?
A: We have fire ratings for most the regions throughout the world. While there are different ratings we have found that the fabrics used have passed all the tests without need to change them. As such we would expect any new tests to be passed. Please ensure any special tests required are notified prior to ordering goods. All certificates are available from Yomo Inflatables.
Q: Can they withstand heavy rain?
A: All the inflatables are waterproof and can withstand heavy rain as we have experienced. The air pressure within the structure repels the water away at the seams and allows it to run to the ground.
Q: Does it get hot inside?
A: The inflatables will be affected by the outside temperature and sun. In most situations this would not become uncomfortable, however in hot conditions air-conditioning would be needed and all the structures have built in apertures to take a range of units. If specialist units are required in extreme cases we would need to make any design amends prior to production.
Q: Can we have any color?
Q: Can I have my own design?
Q: Can I have my logo on the building?
A: The fabric used in the construction of the buildings can be screen-printed and full color heat transferred with images or logos. Both the printing and the heat transfer must be done before production. Post production logos and branding can be applied as vinyl transfers or Dacron adhesive films, which can also be full, color printed.
Q: Can we use lighting inside?
A: Our structures have been used with all types of lighting from strobes, lasers, LED walls washers etc. The structures work really well with internal batten LED lights in the base of the walls as this can create a dramatic seamless lighting effect.
Q: Will they melt with lighting?
A: We do not recommend hot lights in the structures. However if this necessary we recommend the lights are a minimum of 500mm from the internal skin of the structures in all conditions.
Q: How long do they take to set up?
A: The set up times will vary and are indicated on the data sheets for each structure. As a guide the smaller indoor structure all take between 20-30 minutes to set up and inflate. The outdoor structures require more time to set out and fix to the ground and will take from 1 hour to be set up ready. The Inflation time of the outdoor buildings is from 20-30 minutes.
Q: Do they need fan(s) to be running at all times?
Q: Are they noisy?
Q:How long you will take to produce my order?
A:The lead time in our company is normally 1 weeks depending on the difficulty of the project, Complex order will take longer time.

As normally we will need count the shipping cost with balance payment if you dont have shipping agent in China.
Q: What is the difference between sewed inflatables and heat sealed inflatables?
A: Sewed inflatables is made by sewing machine, and heat sealed inflatables is made by heat sealing machine, Sewed inflatables need use wind turbine to inflate when you use it as there is small sewed hole will leak if you stop use windturbine, while the heat sealed inflatable is use air pump to inflate, and once it inflate, no need to use wind turbine to keep it inflate as it is no any hole and will not leak.
Q: How to know i need Sewed inflatable or hear sealed inflatables?
A: It will be depend on products you choose and the usage. Normally there are some products like domes can made by sewing or heat sealing, while some products like swimming pool must be heat sealing. We will give professional suggest depend on your needs.
